PROJECT XP – PLAYSTATION 5 ENTRY RULES

       THIS PROMOTION IS NOT BEEN SPONSORED BY SONY (PLAYSTATION)

  1. SPONSOR
    The Project XP PlayStation 5 Sweepstakes ("PROMOTION") is sponsored and administered by Project XP (“Sponsor”).

  2. ELIGIBILITY
    The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

  3. PROMOTION PERIOD
    The Promotion begins on the date announced on the Sponsor’s website and social media channels and will continue while entries are being accepted. Each sweepstakes cycle ends when one hundred (100) valid entries have been received. 

  4. HOW TO ENTER
    Participants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for each qualifying purchase made through the Sponsor’s official online store during the promotion period.

Each eligible purchase counts as one entry unless otherwise specified on the product page.

  1. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
    No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a handwritten entry request including their full name, mailing address, email address, round number(like the what round is going on the official store at that time, to stop any misunderstanding regarding the entry. Fail to put the correct round number, more than one number or any activity that creates the misunderstanding and unlawful words are not eligible for entry) and the name of the promotion on a piece of paper and mail it in a stamped envelope to the address listed by the Sponsor. Mail-in entries must be legible and received before the entry cycle closes. The mail must be received by the sponsor three days before the round close, to help the sponsor for add their entry without any complications in the process. Limit one entry per envelope. 

  2. WINNER SELECTION
    One (1) winner will be randomly selected after every one hundred (100) confirmed entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or an authorized representative using a random selection method. Winner for every round will be selected and announced live every week on Sunday once the 100 entries are completed for that specific round. 

  3. PRIZE
    Each winner will receive one (1) PlayStation 5 console. The approximate retail value is based on current market pricing at the time of the drawing. No cash alternative will be provided except at the Sponsor’s discretion if the prize becomes unavailable.

  4. WINNER NOTIFICATION
    The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

  5. PRIZE DELIVERY
    The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at the address provided. The Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses provided by participants.

  6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

  8. PRIVACY
    Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and operating the store.

  9. GOVERNING LAW
    The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.

  10. Chargebacks, Fraud Claims, and Dispute Policy
    By participating in this promotion and making any purchase or entry, participants acknowledge and agree that all disputes, refund requests, or claims of unauthorized transactions must first be submitted directly to the Sponsor using the contact information provided on the website. Participants are not permitted to initiate chargebacks, file disputes, or seek reimbursement through their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider without first notifying the Sponsor and allowing the Sponsor a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any attempt to bypass this process may result in denial of reimbursement, forfeiture of prize eligibility, and disqualification from all current and future promotions hosted by the Sponsor.

    The Sponsor makes reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve all claims of fraud or unauthorized charges. However, participants acknowledge that filing a chargeback or dispute with a financial institution without prior communication with the Sponsor does not guarantee recovery of any funds and may be treated as a violation of these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to report any fraudulent activity or abuse to relevant financial institutions, law enforcement, and credit reporting agencies, and to take all legal remedies available. Participants agree that they will be fully responsible for any consequences resulting from bypassing the Sponsor’s dispute process, including potential loss of account privileges, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ineligibility from future promotions.

     

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

By entering this sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entries submitted in violation of these rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

This sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by [ProjectXP] (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the promotion, including entry collection, winner selection, and prize fulfillment. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, nor associated with, any brand, manufacturer, or third party mentioned in connection with the prize, including but not limited to Sony, PlayStation, or any related entities.

Winner Selection, Notification, and Prize Details
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The selected winner will be notified by email, phone, or other contact information provided during entry, and must respond within five (5) hours to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the required time or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty, and the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

Disqualification, Modification, and Legal Compliance
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, attempts to defraud the promotion, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with fair and proper conduct. The Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes in the event of technical failures, fraud, or any circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that may impair the integrity of the sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes the entrant’s consent to abide by these rules, and participants release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
